Affordable Advisors acted as development manager of this project on behalf of the Jefferson County Housing Authority. It opened for initial occupancy in June 2012 and was fully leased three months later.

Lewis Court Apartments was financed with a $9.0m LIHTC investment from Wells Fargo, $1.2m CDBG grant from Jefferson County, $1.0m Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant, and $300k from Jefferson County Housing Authority. Lewis Court is an example of sustainable planning efforts to develop affordable housing, transportation and outstanding livability within existing neighborhoods. It offers nearby shopping, dining and entertainment options, and easy access to public transportation for the residents. Extensive senior support services are coordinated onsite by Seniors Resource Center.
